Chocolate Chip Tiramisu Muffins!

I would be totally lying if I said that I didn't have a sweet tooth. Typically during the afternoon or in the evening after a long day is when that sweet craving will hit! These cravings leave me turning to unhealthy snacks loaded with empty calories. Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt is a perfect snack alternative to junk food! In each 5.3 oz container of Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt  there are 12 grams of protein, 80 calories, and 0% fat! I know when I turn to this yogurt that I will get the sweetness that I crave without all of the regret! I love foods that help me to maintain healthy habits without losing flavor, this yogurt is a perfect choice! It is great for more than only snacks though! You can eat Dannon Light & Fit Freek Tiramisu yogurt for breakfast, with lunch, or even as a desert! I love that this yogurt is also perfect to add to fun, unique, and delicious recipes!


Once I received my samples of Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt I started thinking about different recipes that I could use them in! Before I even had a chance to make a recipe my family had eaten half of the yogurt that we had received! I had to hide the few remaining in the back of the fridge to keep everyone away from them! One morning at breakfast time I began thinking about making muffins and then the idea came to me - Chocolate Chip Tiramisu muffins using Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt! 


Ingredients: 
2 cups of flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
5.3 oz container Dannon Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pan with butter, oil, or cooking spray. In a stand mixer or a bowl combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla. One they are thoroughly mixed stir in a container of Dannon Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt. In a separate bowl combine flour and baking powder. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to yogurt mixture. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin pan and bake for 7-10 minutes, until the top is golden brown. 


My daughter absolutely loves muffins. They are one of her favorite foods. These chocolate chip tiramisu muffins made with Dannon Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt are the perfect way to give Mia and the rest of my family one of their favorite foods while adding in Greek yogurt! They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, snack, or even for a night time treat! These muffins are the perfect treat for me to fulfill my chocolate craving without being completely awful for me!
