Each year my family and I tend to fill Easter baskets with mainly the same types of candy and treats. This year I was on the hunt to fill them with something different and came across Cookie Chips from HannahMax Baking. HannahMax Baking has been making amazing baked treats for almost 25 years. Founder, Joanne Adirim, was baking for her children one day and made them a crispy, sweet treat. Her children inhaled them and she quickly realized that she was onto something big and thus Cookie Chips were born! Cookie Chips are made from whole ingredients such as milled cane sugar, creamery butter, cage-free egss, fine chocolate, and pure bourbon vanilla. They also do not include artificial flavors or colors, preservatives, trans fats, or GMOs. HannahMax baking brings a homemade taste to supermarket shelves!

Cookie Chips come in six different flavors: Original, Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Sugar, Sea Salted Peanut Butter, and Oatmeal Raisin. My favorite flavor of Cookie Chips is chocolate chip, my husband's is sea salted peanut butter, and Mia's is cinnamon sugar! We love that Cookie Chips taste like cookies but that you can eat them like a chip! I have been thinking of different types of sweet dips that we could make to go perfectly with these chips and cannot wait to try some out. I love that these treats are perfect to leave out at the dessert table while entertaining and that they are so versatile.

Cookie Chips aren't only perfect for putting in Easter baskets but they make perfect Easter treats for your family! On the HannahMax website you can find recipes such as Cookie Chips Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cookie Chips and fruit salsa, and more! All of these treats are perfect for entertaining. We decided to make our own simple treat using Cookie Chips and we will be making them again for Easter!

All that you need to make these dipped Cookie Chips are chocolate chips or melting chocolate, sprinkles of your choice, and the Cookie Chips flavor of your choice.

Melt the chocolate using the microwave or a double broiler until smooth. Once the chocolate is fully melted if you feel that it isn't smooth enough add about a teaspoon of vegetable or canola oil to it and mix thoroughly until smooth. Dip the Cookie Chips into the melting chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and place the Cookie Chip onto a non-stick pan, piece of parchment paper, or piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle some sprinkles onto each before the chocolate hardens. Once the chocolate is hardened remove from the tray or paper and serve! My family absolutely loves this simple and tasty way to eat Cookie Chips!
