In my daughter's class she has quite a few children with a severe allergies. Due to this making sure that we bring in allergy friendly items for class parties and birthday parties is incredibly important. There are so many fun and easy options of thing to fill goody bags for kids! We wanted to give you some ideas for some of our favorites!

Themed Erasers
Mini Playdoh
Temporary Tattoos
Whistle, Kazoo, Noisemakers
Bouncy Balls
Sticky Hand toy
Mini Frisbee
Mini Slinky
Mini Stuffed Toys
Themed Rubber Duckies
Other novelty toys
Themed Rings
Glow sticks or glow bracelets

We also recommend checking out websites like Oriental Trading, PartyCity, and Birthday Express. You can also check out stores like the dollar store, Walmart, Target, and more! They usually have tons of fun novelty toys and seasonal items that are perfect for goody bags!

We also work to find food brands that are allergy friendly since often for classroom parties or birthday celebrations we bring in snacks. We want to make sure that as many children as possible in the class are able to have these snacks. In the goody bags for Mia's Halloween party I included lollipops and fruit snacks from Yum Earth. These items are nut free, dairy free, gluten free, egg free, soy free, and much more. You can find the ingredients for every item on their website which is amazing. There are many other brands that offer some allergy friendly products such as Enjoy Life, Brother's All Natural, and Annie's Homegrown!

We hope that these ideas and tips help you when making allergy friendly goody bags!
