I absolutely love milkshakes so I was excited to team up with Johnny Rockets to get ready to celebrate National Shake Month in September! To start off the celebration I came up with a fun, unique, and totally crave-worthy milkshake recipe for a French Toast Milkshake! Keep reading to learn a little bit more about Johnny Rockets and get my recipe!
Johnny Rockets is a restaurant located across the globe that offers All-American food! When you walk into a Johnny Rockets restaurant you feel like you are in the past! They have a fun environment that features upbeat music, dancing servers, and many locations even have a jukebox (or one at each table!) Their menu is filled with classic American comfort foods! They have burgers and fries, sandwiches, salads, and more! My favorite thing to get at Johnny Rockets are their milkshakes which are hand-spun, use quality ingredients, and come in more than fifteen flavors. They also offer malts and floats! Next time you are craving a milkshake or burger find a Johnny Rockets near you! You can also visit their website to see what else is on their menu! We are really excited to be visiting a Johnny Rockets near us in the next few days and cannot wait to show you photos and tell you what we thought!

Okay, now it's time for my milkshake recipe! Which I entered into the Shake It Up contest exclusive for Blogger Bash attendees only!

In my house we love French Toast, it is definitely our breakfast (and sometimes dinner) favorite! After some thought about what type of milkshake to make I decided to make this so that now we can have French Toast for dessert too! This milkshake was so easy to make and I hope that you try it at home!

Ingredients:
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
Cake Pieces
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Milk

Directions:
Once you have all of your ingredients ready put them all into a blender and blend until smooth! You may want to add a bit cinnamon or maple syrup to make it perfect for you! Once our milkshake was blended I drizzled a bit of maple syrup into a glass just for some extra syrupy taste. I then poured the milkshake in, topped with whipped cream, and dusted with some cinnamon! Ta-da, all done and super yummy! My husband mentioned that next time he may want to add some strawberries to it since that is his favorite french toast topping! So feel free to mix it up and have fun!

  8. I'm such a picky eater that I refuse to intake a milkshake no matter how good it looks (mainly because I hate milk)! I gotta admit that that milkshake looks absolutely wonderful. I think I'd want to give it a try in another combination without the milk or a substitute if that's even possible. :)
