It's a Mom Thing Reviews & More!: Peanut Butter No Bakes Recipe! - Alexandra

Peanut Butter No Bakes Recipe! - Alexandra

Whenever my family has a barbecue in the summer I am asked to bring a dessert since I have been dubbed the family baker, haha. I always absolutely dread turning on the oven to bake something during the summer months though, so I love finding quick recipes that don't involve any baking! One of my absolute favorite recipes for a dessert are these Peanut Butter No Bakes! My whole family goes crazy for them and they only take around fifteen minutes to prepare! Keep reading for the recipe and directions!

1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Oats ( I use quick-cook)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla

These are so easy to make! First add the butter, milk, and sugar and bring to a rolling boil. It will take about two minutes. Remove the pot from heat and add the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix well to combine all of the ingredients! Once everything is combined drop spoonfuls onto foil or wax paper. Let the No Bakes cool and harden for a few minutes.

Ta-da! You are done! How simple is that?! I hope that your family loves these and that they are as big of a hit in your home as they are in mine!

  1. These look awesome! & it also reminded me that I needed to put peanut butter on my shopping list (must get 2 jars now since I have soccer snack this weekend).

  2. My son is allergic to peanut so no cookie with peanut for us. This looks delicious!

  3. I honestly have like 20 jars of peanut butter, I need to just get on this recipe lol

  4. We also do the Chocolate/PB No Bakes - just add coco powder to your batter.
