It's a Mom Thing Reviews & More!: 31 Days of Dark Chocolate Dreams Review! -Alexandra

31 Days of Dark Chocolate Dreams Review! -Alexandra

It's a MOM thing Reviews recently had the pleasure again to work with Peanut Butter & Co. on a review for the release of their cookbook 31 Days of Dark Chocolate Dreams! This book was written by the founder and president of Peanut Butter & Co., Lee Zalben and includes a month full of delicious recipes based around their best selling peanut butter Dark Chocolate Dreams. All peanut butter from Peanut Butter & Co. is kosher, gluten free, and all but one is vegan (The Bees Knees is vegetarian). I am in love with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, it is the perfect blend of chocolate and peanut butter and is amazing on toast or in between waffles, so I was really excited to be able to try some of the recipes from this new cook book and they definitely did not disappoint!

I tried three recipes from 31 Days of Dark Chocolate Dreams: Dark Chocolate Dreams Hot Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Dreams Rice Krispie Treats, and Dark Chocolate Dreams Fudge! All of these recipes were easy to follow, well explained, and the treats were so delicious. My whole family loves the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter combined so they were more than happy to be taste testers once I was done making each recipe and they loved them all. I am really looking forward to trying out more recipes from this book, the next one I have my eye on is the Dark Chocolate Dreams Stuffed French Toast, but I am sure that I will be trying all of the recipes over time!

  1. One word...YUM!

  2. I am a peanut butter lover and Peanut Butter & Company is the one I found that is the smoothest and I can enjoy it without jam and not have it stick in my throat. So happy and thrilled Peanut Butter & Company is available.
