It's a Mom Thing Reviews & More!: Everyday Minerals Review! - Alexandra

Everyday Minerals Review! - Alexandra

I love Everyday Minerals! They have been my makeup of choice for the past three years and I am super excited to share a bit about the products they sent me to review with you, plus two of the items I already use! I have super sensitive skin, all make up causes me to break out, makes my skin itchy, and clogs my pores, except Everyday Minerals. Their make up is all natural, contain no harsh chemicals, and vegan; they also do not test their products on animals and do not do business with any supply chain that participates in animal testing. I love their packaging and how quickly their orders get to you! Their customer service is also absolutely amazing, some of the best experiences I have had with companies I purchase from. Now I am going to tell you a little bit about the products I received!

Everything I got came in a super cute and rather large make up bag. I love that I can fit a lot in it including the brushes with some extra space! I received two different brushes the Plush Mineral Brush and the Baby Top Brush. Both are made with synthetic hair and are super soft but still dense and provide full coverage. They are also lightweight and fit comfortably in your hand. They are also super easy to clean, just soap and water; wash, rinse, and lay to dry. I also received Sunlight finishing dust. This is a powder that works to set your makeup and get rid of any excess shine. The one shade of it is perfect for any skin tone from fair to dark. It felt super light on my skin and I didn't feel a difference from when I do not use it on top of my concealer but I did notice a difference in the amount of shine and how long my makeup lasted on. The two small containers in the photo are Everyday Minerals' skin tints. I received one of each tint they offer and loved both. They provide a bit of glow without looking unnatural. My favorite of the items I tried though were the tinted lip butters. I got to try two different tints: Sweet Secret and Honey Rose Elixir. Both shades are light and made my lips feel soft while providing them with a bit of color.  I put a photo below of a before and after of me using some of the products I received. I love that a lot of my imperfections are covered and that it took me between five and ten minutes to get my make up on and be on the go.

I mentioned earlier that all make up makes me break out, well because of this I was in the search before my wedding two and a half years ago to find the perfect make up that feels lightweight, looks natural, and covers my blemishes and imperfections. During this search I found Everyday Minerals and was sold from the minute I received it! The Everyday Minerals products on the left are my two favorites! The larger container is their fair concealer, I use it to cover my blemishes and in areas that need a bit more coverage. It works perfectly and is long lasting. The small container (I ran out of my large one the day I took this photo, haha)  is a matte base, I use golden fair, but their bases come in different types and different shades. It is also long lasting and feels light on my skin. Everyday Mineral products are comparable in price to drug store cosmetics but work so much better, last longer, and are better for your skin. I recommend their products to anyone looking for a new go-to make up!
