bkr Review! -Alexandra

I love my bkr glass bottle! I drink a lot of water, usually drink from plastic water bottles so that I can keep it on the go with me which isn't eco friendly at all. Having a glass bottle that I can refill all of the time to keep with me is so great. I don't have to worry about it breaking since it has a silicone sleeve (which is also great for grip) and I don't have to worry about spills because of the screw on cap. A bkr glass bottle holds 16oz which is the same as most standard water bottles and they also come in a bunch of awesome colors! The color that I got to review is Chip, but I love all of the colors they offer and cannot wait to buy more. These bottles have been featured in magazines such as Elle, InStyle, Real Simple, and more. They have also been spotted in the hands of many celebrities such as Natalie Portman, Jennifer Gerner, and Jessica Alba! Let me tell you a little bit more about some benefits of drinking from glass bottles that I didn't even know about! Glass does not leak chemicals into your water, it also doesn't contain BPA or BPA replacements which are sometimes found in plastic water bottles, tap water is also held to a higher quality standard than bottled water.

For every bkr glass bottle purchased they invest a portion of the proceeds to two different organizations. I will tell you a little bit about both! The first is the Obakki Foundation which is a nonprofit organization that uses fashion and creative arts to help fund raise and bring water and education to those in South Sedan, they have drilled over one hundred clean water wells and 100% of donations go towards their projects. The second is the Canary Foundation which works solely on the funding, discovery, and development of tests for early cancer detection. The goal of this foundation is to identify cancer through a simple blood test and intervene early enough to increase the chance of a full recovery.
